Thanks to our flake crusher, you are not only limited to conventional oat flakes, but you can also produce barley, rye, spelled or, for example, emmer flakes yourself. Fresher and more individual is not possible.

Gut, aber nicht perfekt

Ich bin im Besitz von der Getreidemühle (Keramik), den Gemüseschneidern und der Flockenquetsche. Das System hat ein hübsches, kompaktes Design. Der Motor ist kraftvoll und relativ leise. Der Wechsel der Aufsätze geht schnell und unkompliziert. Die Gemüseschneidausätze sitzen fest, schneiden super und schnell. Die Getreidemühle arbeitet leise, die Mahlqualität ist auch gut, die Geschwindigkeit ist für privaten Einsatz ok.

Mein Kritikpunkt gilt der Flockenquetsche, der Aufsatz, wegen dem ich mir das System im Wesentlichen gekauft habe. Wenn man "nur" Hafer quetschen will, dann geschieht das relativ schnell, aber das auch vergleichsweise wenig gequetscht. Eine Einstellmöglichkeit für den Grad des Quetschens gibt es leider nicht, Leinsaat funktioniert beispielsweise gar nicht bis leicht oberflächlich. Auch sitzt der Quetschaufsatz (verglichen mit den Anderen) relativ locker im Gerät. Ich habe mir etwas Abhilfe verschafft, indem ich ein Stück Papier 2-mal gefaltet habe, und das zwischen die Matrize und das Gehäuse geklemmt habe, dadurch quetscht es etwas mehr. Ein einstellbares (oder Anpressung mittels Feder) 2-Walzen System wäre super, ist aber leider nur eine feste Walze die auf eine Matrize drückt, die in einem POM Gehäuse relativ spielbehaftet sitzt.
